A big THANKS goes out to everyone that participated in the “Name the Fly Guy Contest!” The name that was chosen is “Teek.” It kind of sounds like “Tech” and makes a good character/mascot name. Congrats to Jared Nebeker (Spanish Instructor) for suggesting the winning entry!
Keep your eyes peeled for more appearances of “Teek.” There’s sure to be fun when you spot him on campus. Maybe he’ll show up for the Halloween Costume Contest…

Welcome to our blog! We, The OWATC Marketing Team, always have something new and exciting going on and this is our place to share our adventures. Please check back often to see what’s going on in Marketing! But first, a little introduction…
Elsa Zweifel (Marketing Manager) is our Team Captain.
Elsa is our “Queen of the Queue.” She keeps everyone on track for a successful finish no matter the scope of the project. She is the resident interior design expert and has recently taken up tap dancing (she’ll probably kill me for typing that
)
Rory Wallwork (Visual Communications Coordinator & Webmaster) is a jack of all trades.

He’s our go-to man for all things created digitally. Photography, Media Design, Filming, Web Development–he’s your man. Yes, he knows a thing or two about computers and we hear he likes Star Wars.
Andrew Brown (Recruitment Specialist) is our resident librarian.
Ok, joking aside, Andy gets the word out about OWATC. (Seriously though, you should see the book collection in his office.) He is often found meeting with potential students on campus or at local high schools, etc.
Wendy Willis (Marketing and Media Design Assistant) is the new kid on the block (That’s me!).
I’ll also be your tour guide by way of this blog. I do what I’m told
which means things like producing ads, posters, flyers, organizing and have a self-appointed mission to inject more fun into the OWATC experience.
