There are several great Brown Bag lunches coming up sponsored by the Wellness council.
· September 15 there will be a Meditation class presented by Mike Jacobazzi
· October 20 we will have a Cancer awareness class
· November 17 there will be a presentation on Diabetes
· December 15th will be a Healthy Potluck.

Dear employees,
On behalf of the Wellness Council, we would like to thank each and every one of you that participated in our first OWATC Walking Program. I would especially like to thank Jody Cevering and Anita Ruiz who were instrumental in heading this activity. They did a wonderful job!! We hope you enjoyed this activity as well and the Wellness Council plans to offer other wellness activities in the future. Jody Cevering will soon be sharing the final Walking Program Spreadsheet with grand totals for each team.
The council would like to get your constructive feedback regarding the walking program to help us improve the wellness activities we offer to employees. Even if you did not participate, we would tremendously appreciate your ideas on future wellness activities. We also would like to know if you would be interested in assisting the Wellness Council in the coordination of future specified wellness activities and events.

Congratulations to the “E-Lemon-ators” who made it to the Magic Kingdom on May 6th. Team Members are:
Jim Burke, Joe Call, Gayden Nelson and Cynthia Prueitt.The team was awarded the Grand Prize by President Mercier and Mary Lou Morales at the Benefits Fair held on May 14th. President Mercier challenged the winning team to see if the team could walk back to Ogden by the end of June when the contest ends. Watch the blog to see if the E-Lemon-ators make it. Other teams that reach the destination are challenged to walk back to Ogden.

“The Fearsome Foursome” (Marilyn Brown, Linda Couch, Paula Morales, Karen Skinner) and “SQ4″ (Andrew Brown, Rory Wallwork, Wendy Willis, Elsa Zweifel) teams that have also made it to the Magic Kingdom!
